Hi Ashok, it will be great if you come up with different types of payment processing SWIFT messages. Like, I am part of Corporate Action team and we process MT566 SWIFT. Likewise there are others too. Let me know your views.

Sir, what if during the auction stage there is no buyer/seller for the securities. In this case, will the clearing house fail in fulfilling the requirements? How does this work?

Auction is always beneficial for buyers/sellers as they can quote higher/lower price and the Clearing house will have to buy it. And the Clearing House will pass on the higher cost to the broker and thn to the end investor. So, the Clearing House will not fall short of investors during Auction.
