A young teacher who had sex with two teenage schoolboys has been jailed for six-and-a-half years.
“Sexual predator” Rebecca Joynes, 30, was found guilty by a jury at Manchester Crown Court in May of six sex offences following a two-week trial.
She was sentenced at the same court on Thursday.
Joynes had groomed the pupils from the age of 15 and was on bail for sexual activity with the first, Boy A, when she began having sex with the second, Boy B, by whom she went on to become pregnant.
Neither boy can be identified.

One case involves young females forced into sex with numerous men and the other is two young men having consensual sex and probably knew of her problems and took advantage of the situation . Comparing the two is a joke . If she had no problems and was giving me the come on at that age would i turn her down . Not a chance

@@beanybeanbean Most think back to there teens and think what they would have done . Had a brain at that age and knew how to use it . Would i have turned down her advances . Probably not . Would i have had the sense to use protection . Definitely as i knew the consequences of not doing so . Would i have got involved if i had known her mental state . I would like to think no i wouldn't but with the chance of sex the willpower would have been lacking .

I don't know the details of the prosecution evidence, someone has to go to the police and put forward some evidence. Who was it ? And what was the evidence presented of this offence taking place ?

This is one of those offences that uses the word 'with'. If she was lying down on a bed, motionless, she would still be guilty of the offence. Also, it is one of the few offences where someone is forced by the law to stop someone else taking part in a crime. In this case, she is guilty for not fighting him off.

You could say the same in reverse . At 15/16 i had a brain and knew how to use it . Would have known the risks of such a relationship but doubt i would have turned her down . Would definitely had the sense to use protection for obvious reasons Would i have got involved if i knew about her mental state . I like to think not but admit the willpower would have been lacking . One of the risks involved would have been the ass kicking i would have got from my father for getting involved in such shenanigans
