1 kg chicken liver
Chop 1 red onion
Olive oil
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Grate 2 carrots
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Salt, pepper, basil
Mixing
Chop 1 leek
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Mix fried vegetables with liver
3 eggs
salt, paprika
dried garlic, dried dill
Mixing
150 g thick cream
100 grams of flour
10 g baking powder
mix everything well
Pour into the liver and stir
