Butter Muffins and my TIPS to get a “NICE BOSS”
✅Ingredients:
4 eggs size L
150 g of white sugar
60 ml of cold milk
60 ml of sunflower oil
100 g cold melted butter
125 g of natural unsweetened yogurt
8 g of vanilla sugar
300 g plain flour
pinch of salt
16 g of baking powder
The zest of a lemon or orange
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the fridge
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes then at 180°C for 15 minutes

Olá,❤️basta substituir 40 g de farinha por cacau amargo (260 g de farinha + 40 g de cacau amargo)
