Mami namaskaram 🙏 I made Kaju Katli last year during Deepawali. Everyone were very happy with the lovely taste(thanks to your blessings).So this year my sister & mother purchased cashew nuts & asked me to prepare the same. Last year it was as per your measurement & only 1/2 kg came. This time I made nearly 1 kg per family with the varakh on it. This time I even tried dry fruit barfi which also came out superb. Appa & Amma loved it very much. Once again thanks a lot mami for the wonderful dishes. I started gaining interest in cooking & preparing new dishes.

Mami try out rasagulla in cooker easily we can prepare....ingredients panner and sugar water....smash panneer in blender and the same paste knead well with hand too so the rasagulla will be soft...make desire shapes...take broad pressure cooker add sugar and water ,let the sugar dissolves and once the sugar syrup is boiling add panneer balls and pressurise it for one whistle..then keep it in sim for 15 to 20 mins...after that you will get rasagulla as you buy it in shop...no need to add maida...try it in this method its easy and healthy too....i got this tip from one of the youtube channel,tried it came out well....
