Atching Lilian Borromeo, a Kapampangan food historian and expert, shows viewers of "Kris TV" how to prepare Bringhe, the province's version of the Valencian rice dish paella.

I just watched Chef Boy Logro meet Atching, ang galang niya kay Atching. He feels honored na maipagluto ni Atching. Tapos napanood ko to. Walang silang galang sa kausap nila na nakakatanda. Parang kaibigan lang kung pano nila kausapin si Atching. Atching is a well-respected icon. Po and opo, ginagamit dapat kapag nakakatanda ang kausap. Sana ilagay nila sa vocabulary nila.

Tama ba ang tanong ni Kris kay atsing Lilian? Niluto mo ba to binili mo na lang, sunod na tanong Kailan( kailan ginawa) Taklesa talaga si Kris.

KA talks to much and it's hard to follow the recipe She's so rude to question that the finished product was ordered. What's up with that? Also, that brat needs to shut up. This is all about KA and not about the guest or the dish! sigh...

Napaka taklesa talaga nitong Tetay na ito, sabihan ba naman si Ate Lilian na bk binili lang yung pinatikim sa kanika, hello!? At chaka girl yung recipe dapat yung topic na concentrate na sa assistant mo yung episode yung ibang ingredients hindi na tuloy natanong.

Our Nasing Biringyi(Nasi is rice in Kapampangan and Bahasa) share the same ancestor with the Malaysian Nasi Bryani. Don't compare it with arroz valenciana because the Valencians will get angry.

Better go to Panlasang Pinoy. , the guy is very orderly , usually Hindi pinakikita ang mukha ng nagluluto except from the start of cooking, the una the ingredients ,then the step by step procedure ....that's the one worth watching ! Not like that ang GULO! Sayang ang Panahon wasted. Sorry

+Vid iiiiar This is a talk show NOT a cooking show sooooo ingredients, recipes etc, weren'tt shown. You shouldn't have watched this in the first place to not waste your time.

@@kathecholamine talk show po pala ito. sana di na sila ang feature ng cooking, especially since si Lilia Boromeo is a living national treasure of the kapampangans. Kris at least should have shown proper respect.

Para ka naman nakikipagdigmaan sa panonood ng recipe at sa usapang iba iba na ang topic! Tpos nanggugulo pa yung bata na tulad ng nanay sa pagsasalita: high pitch na malamya at domineering sa conversations. Tpos jusko binigyan na ng taning yung buhay ng pobreng asst ba yon. Nung tikiman na biglang tanong " kaw ba nagluto nito o inorder mo lang?! " hahaha Ang ending nito, ang matitira sa isipan mo hindi bringhe kundi lukemia.
