Thank you for the video, just one question, there is no mention of the quantity of pimento in the ingredient list is it 1 teaspoon?

Super bedankt! Ik woon in de VS in Georgia enkan wel een frikandel gebruiken. Ga em maken. Kan alleen niet echt piment vinden hier dus ga paprika gebruiken ...

Zou toch eerst de kruiden met elkaar mixen en dan pas met vlees vermengen. Qua saus gebruik de Zaanse tubes tegelijkertijd en dan de uitjes.

pause the video at 12 seconds - the list is there. The only problem is that he mentions peanuts (in one of the small dishes) but they are not in the recipe list. I have not tried it yet - but I will in the morning, I will let you know how they taste. Now made them and they are really good - thank you.

al maanden lang zijn er geen frikandellen in thai,,, kun je niet iets opstarten

I don't think that frikandel is considered a delicacy in NL. It is a snackbar food and even considered a bit downmarket or even chavvy (a chav is a tokkie in Dutch) and even looked down upon by posh people. There is a consumer programme in NL called ''Keuringsdienst van waarde'' and in the frikandel episode the guy they sent to a big frikandel factory (in Belgium!) had never previously tried a frikandel. Btw I remember reading the ingredients on a pack of frikandels from the supermarket in NL, I am pretty sure they were Mora but if not they were Albert Heijn's own brand, and these contained 10% horsemeat.

snack nummer 1 in nl the fricandel,,,en paardenvlees is verukkelijk, wij in limburg maken er zuurvlees en goulash mee,,,, niets smaakt beter
