Ahhhhhh it's like akara but with grated water yam instead of blended beans. I love our Naija foods. thanks for uploading :)

Yum!! I remember buying it from local sellers as a kid. Still remember it to be hot and tasty. I would have to try this when i get to Naija. Cant get water yam here :'(

Never heard of this. I may try it. minus the peppers...may create a pepper sauce like that which the senegalese use with the blackeyed pea fitter thing.

Hi what is the difference between yam and water yam. I live in London and would dearly love to try this but not sure whether I can find or identify water yam. Thanks, Stella
