Ingredients:
For sponge cake:
4 eggs
120 g sugar
120 g flour
For the diplomat cream:
400 ml of milk
4 egg yolks
Sweet vanilla or vanilla powder
90 g sugar
40 g corn
6 g gelatin sheets
300 ml whole liquid cream (30% mg)
1 tbsp icing sugar + 2 tbsp mascarpone
20 g butter
500 g strawberries
