We'll see how to make a perfect Roadside Kaalan at your home. The all-time famous chat item is Road Side Kaalan. I wanted to check it, so I tried one shop. They simply mixed a 65 and Manchurian also I haven't seen Mushrooms in it. There are more cornflakes and cabbage. But you can make this dish in your kitchen in control. That's what we are gonna do now. It's a simple two-stage process. We'll see how to make the perfect

Here are the ingredients for this Roadside Kaalan
Mantra groundnut oil - 1 litre
Corn flour - 4 tsp
Maida - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 ½ tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 ½ tsp
Edible food colour - few drops
Mushroom - 1 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Chopped Onion (Big) - 1 nos
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Curry leaves - few
Green Chilli sauce - 1 ¼ tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
Corn starch - 4 tsp
Spring onion - few
Salt - As per taste

Thanks for sharing the recipe sir... I wonder if there s any coimbatorian who hasn't had this dish... Maybe a little before 2000 the dish made its way in Coimbatore and we still wish to celebrate its advent... Earlier days no cabbage only maida was d main ingredient and kalan used to very very less😅😂 for 1 sack full of prepared chilly balls... We enjoyed it then, enjoy it today and ...........
