In this video, I am going to show you the Chola poori recipe with channa masala and will explain to you how to make chole bhature and Channa Masala in step by step process, For your easy viewing the recipe is in Tamil.
சோளா பூரி
மைதா - 1 கிண்ணம் (கோப்பை)ரவா - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு தேவையான அளவு
சர்க்கரை - 2 சிட்டிகை
தயிர் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
சிட்டிகை - 1/4 டீஸ்பூன்
சென்னா மசாலா
தேவையான பொருட்கள்
வெள்ளை கொண்டைக்கடலை - 100 கிராம்
வெங்காயம் - 2 எண்கள்
பிரியாணி இலை - 2 எண்கள்
பட்டை - 1 பெரியது
ஏலக்காய் - 2 எண்கள்
கருப்பு ஏலக்காய் - 1 எண்
கிராம்பு - 4 எண்கள்
சன்னா மசாலா - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
உப்பு தேவையான அளவு
சாட் மசாலா - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
தக்காளி (கூழ்) or (ப்யூரி)or விழுது - 30 மிலிகொத்தமல்லி நன்றாக நறுக்கியது - 1 தேக்கரண்டி

Maida 1 cup
Rawa 1 tbs
Curd 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 pinch
Soda 1/4 tsp
Chola masala
Ingredients Qty
Channa kabuli 100 gm
Onion 2 no
Bayleaf 2 no
Cinnanon stick 1 big
Cardamom 3 no
Cloves 4 no
Channa masala 1 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1/4 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Tomato puree 30 ml
Coriender chop 1 tbs
