I got my replacement stand yesterday, yay! But, I had a lot of trouble getting the phone leveled. I’m going to need to practice because I’m trying to hold the adjust the phone, and it seems like as soon as my take my hand away, it’s no longer level. I have an iPhone Pro Max, and it’s heavy! I’m wondering if turning on the grid lines would help? I did manage to trace an image, and it went pretty well. Again, I think there’s some practice involved, but otherwise, I’m very pleased. Also, thank you for the great customer service!

Useful but you skipped the bit I don't understand. How do you zoom in without losing your place and what exactly is the Move button for?

Hi, I’m using the app on my iPad and am quite short (160cm) and find it difficult to view through screen! Standing is tiring and not practical….have you tried making an iPad stand as it would have to carry more weight than phone? Any suggestions please?

Please don't use background music when you are giving a tutorial on any topic - it's unnecessary and very distracting. After all, if you were a teacher in front of a class you would never play music while teaching. It's a struggle to hear what you are saying as the room acoustics are so poor. Many thanks

I just got the app, and I like it. Using a glass was awkward so I ordered this. Honestly, I’d pay more for better quality. The base is really crooked so one “foot” is actually a half inch higher! The holder for the phone just fits my iPhone after I took off a thin protective case, and I’m worried the holder is going to break sooner than later. I was really excited to get this, but I’m really disappointed in the quality.

Hi Anne, oh no! That shouldn't be the case, it should be completely flat. I've never seen that issue before with these stands, is it possible you don't have the legs setup right? Can you send me an email with a picture of that? I'd be happy to send you a replacement if it is defective. info@davincieye.com

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and it just fits. I had to remove a very basic protective cover first.

I’m having a lot of trouble leveling my phone. It’s probably because I have the large iphone pro max. Does using AR help?

If you’re using AR mode you don’t have to keep the phone parallel. You can have the phone at an angle and it won’t make a difference

Mural maker para android cuando va a salir?

En este momento, la aplicación es solo para iOS porque esencialmente utiliza el sistema "airdrop" de Apple para transmitir datos de ida y vuelta. Dicho esto, trabajaremos en una versión de Android y en una forma alternativa de transferir los datos que permitirían la comunicación Android / iOS. Una cosa a destacar es que la aplicación siempre funcionará mejor en iOS debido a la pequeña cantidad de variación entre dispositivos iOS. Es decir, estamos desarrollando para un pequeño conjunto de dispositivos que tienen los mismos procesadores y hardware. Con Android, hay miles de dispositivos, con diferentes GPU, procesadores y cámaras. Es muy difícil hacer algo que dependa del hardware de Android por esta razón. Además... dependiendo de en qué estés trabajando, es posible que no necesites usar Mural Maker. Puedes lograr casi lo mismo con nuestra aplicación original (Da Vinci Eye) usando Airplay/screencast para transmitir la pantalla de tu teléfono a un televisor o monitor. La idea es poder hacer grafitis en muros de forma sencilla con ese método de mural maker ya que en android no existe una manera de poder hacerlo
