Elite prism tank is just basic to counter it. If your yuri focus on using mastermind or flying Disc. If soviet try placing your siegechopper in a hidden place. You just need to destroy the AoE once before countering them all. Also try not to group your ground forces when battling elite prism, the aoe won’t be any effect once your troops are scattered while attacking

Prism tank are really good for structures cause they deal tons of damage unlike from vehicles but the splash damage won’t take effect on structures. Splash damage occurs only in vehicles and infantry.

@@illusion5739 The range of Prism tanks allows them to stay behind other tanks/units, so veteran status can become elite easier, and I believe they can outrange some base defense, making them better for destroying bases. They also always do splash damage, making them ideal for frying infantry.

I always used prisms behind defenses rather than prism towers and they usually became veteran blasting infantry. Once I had 10+ elite prism tanks I supported them with snipers and ggi’s in battle fortresses and even steam rolled Yuri.

Cause I know what happens when elite prizm tank shoots once, bending the ray hitting everything around in a prizm form and cause its elite rank it does major damage and cause its elite rank its shooting faster than the normal ones! You can hardly escape 30 prizm tanks if your opponent built them against you, unless you surprise them with an air strikes

It's balanced. Prism Tanks are meant to be Siege Unit not as a Anti-Armor as opposed to Tesla Tanks that are meant to be Anti-Armor not a Siege Unit.

Here's how it works: you have only one human House, but many other Houses, "Countries" if you will. For each campaign map, a House must be assigned to the human player, and he should be given control of that House. But any other House can be given player-control too if needed for scripting/whatever, and in such cases the player-controllable Houses must be allied with each other to avoid potential problems. It happens several times in the RA2 campaigns too, I think. You just don't notice because both Houses/"Countries" are given the same colour, and you get a "unit lost/promoted" notice for all Houses with PlayerControl=yes. That's what I did here with one difference: the human and player-controllable House "Americans" is not allied to the also player-controllable "Russians" House, so they fight each other without use of waypoints to simulate real player-vs-player/AI battles. Come to think of it, the reason the non-human House is more... "aggressive" must be because it's technically still an AI House, so things like GuardArea missions are assigned automatically, unlike with human Houses. You retreat them when you have something else to defend them. In this scenario retreating will only make it worse for the Prism Tanks.

The only scenario where tesla tank has the upper hand is when Prism tank is inside of Tesla tank range... When it does... the Soviet "Monster tank" Would be much stronger than Allied "ARTILLERY Type" Tank

It will change nothing! 100 elite prizm tanks can destroy 100 elite - everything except air units or other 100 elite prizm tanks. First you need to understand that when an elite prizm tank shoots at some tank, the same tank takes regular damage but every tank around will be literally vaporized cause the ray is travelling in a prizm form around the targets and every next target it hits increases the damage dramatically

@@josephwhitehall3821 that's why Tesla Tanks needs more armours or hit points to survive the long travel before they get their coils to hit Prism Tanks... In the video Tesla Tanks barely reach the Prism Tanks, many got destroyed before they are able to shoot their charges... xD

@@indahf.freztiyana824 That's what I'm saying, they can't survive that travel even if every tesla tank has the armour of a Slave miner for the reason I already pointed out. 10 or 20 prizm tanks hit the leading tank of the enemy battalion - that leading tank is used to distribute the energy rays around, that's why its taking regular damage. Everything around the leading tank is taking a kind of damage that no other elite unit in the game can cause including the superweapons! Its just overpowered. :)

Fun fact, the RA1 Tesla tank at least has way more range. In fact, it has the same range as the Allies' artillery and does nasty siege damage. One could argue that it inspired the prism tank.
