PS, the deck actually really should run Noi, 2-4, and up the shield of virtue count to 3-4 for her, and play 1-3 scars, ditch minnie, cut robin hood, maybe a couple let it goes. I've updated the dreamborn link but dreamborn links are sometimes very buggy...

I haven't worked on this list in a while, aside from adding noi which was great in the mirror and good against hyper aggro decks. But right now the meta is all red purple and unfortunately that deck does very well vs this deck. You can also throw in a pabbie and a gumbo pot as an alternate win condition that can blast your opponent out of nowhere. I've also seen some versions run maurice workshop which is great in the mirror and decent against other control. This deck will have a role in the field if steelsong starts rearing its head in big numbers again.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Noi...card is insane in this deck. Allows us to kill those aggro matchups t1 pawp, t2 Noi t3 sing teeth or hard cast plus swing in and Noi lives. Ive also been running legend Donald card is insane especially with late game teeth. Great vid keep it up!

@@ZefaGames My version isn't as heavily invested in ramp, but we generally get there against everything. My only issue is exactly what you mentioned in the vid - late game red purple (bounce variant). Other than that it's been breezy games.

A day with a Zef upload is automatically a 10/10 day. Also, I played a ton against this style of deck yesterday on low ladder and would often win with my jank mill deck I made with the cards I have. Deck looks insanely powerful, but Miller for life!

I think she’s a high level threat and that’s about it. She’s not particularly good at ramping. But I’ve seen some lists that play her and if you can’t deal with her quickly you die.

I've been playing a ton of similar builds and I'm very very sold on Sisu being a correct inclusion. She's a second bomb turn 3 from OJA and applies immense pressure to deal with

Sisu would be an ideal candidate to oja and turn 3 into…. But if u don’t get that particular sequence, I worry she falls off drastically at later parts of the game. Worth trying tho I think.

Been playing something similar for a few days. This is definitely more refined. What should I be inking mid game when my hand is full of hard removal? Hard to ink a dragon or use fishbone on hades/tremaine when playing has so much value.

inking is tough cos your deck has so much value... sometimes its ok to not ink if you have healthy ink pool. really depends on factors like what your opponent is playing, what your board state is in, how many hiram/items left in your deck, hand etc... one example would be, i'd value tremaine a bit less than hades if my opponent has a deck that goes wide and ink her... hades can sing let it go and target stuff ps... i'm running noi, scar, and shields of virtues now (see pin message)

I think going over 60 and playing cards like DYB or nothing to hide is a nice concept that helps your deck ink saturation without hurting the ability to draw into the key cards of the deck at all.

You can mill them with a Judy by killing their item and forcing them to draw a card

Thoughts on Chapter2 Cruella (Fashionable Cruiser) that gets evasive on your turn or does your removal characters hold up to evasive type decks?

I think anything with 2 hp has very bad synergy with teeth and she also has no synergy with anything else in the deck. Evasive characters usually have low hp or come out slow so teeth can clear the smaller ones, the bigger ones come out slow while we ramp and we have removal for those. I would normally say robin hood as well, but he might be on his way out of the decklist soon.

In the temporary absence of Teeth (I only pulled 1) do you think running Go The Distance is an ok replacement? Also fills the 2 inkable spot, is also a song and replaces itself? Or do you have anything else you’d rather use in the deck?

Go the distance is a dead card. Run something else. Teeth is pretty core to wanting run gramma (and recently noi in my latest version)

@@ZefaGames agree 100% on the importance of teeth, and your point is taken really well in the video and I’ll definitely use it in Pixelborn. Just wanted to take a version of this to my local league and trying to figure out what can fit that spot I’m still playing the 1 Tooth(?) I am just thinking about a replacement for the 3 empty slots. Everything else in the deck I managed to adjust with -1 here +1 there but Teeth is such a good card in this deck and I can’t think of what could replace it.

Noi after a 1 drop (this is why i'm running 3-4 shield of virtue now) can ward off a lilo and maleficent and pinnochio, she can also self sing teeth and her resist won't kill her. Also because of ward, they can't befuddle her on turn 2. But u need the turn1 item to defend.

Ever since reading Hiram I’ve been thinking the exact same thing! Paired with Pawpsicle he’s easily the best draw engine in the entire game. I just feel like the deck needs to play at least one more item aside from Fishbone and Pawpsicle to really tie it all together, but I’m not sure what else is worth running

I was trying this deck but I just can't seem to ever actually get the pieces I need. Every mulligan keeps flooding my hand with my endgame cards and by the time I get the draw engine starting I'm too far behind to catch up

maybe just bad luck, the piority keeps with this deck for mulligan are pawpsicles, maybe shield, a couple 2 drop cards like tala/teeth/onejump, hiram, and fishbone, and usually toss everything else... use discretion of course depending on other cards.

I've been playing this since I watched Duckey play it. I am very strongly considering swapping Minnie for Philoctetes, for a few reasons, 1. He trades into Simba, and Arthur, Rafiki, etc.. 2. He sings Teeth and Ambitions, and One Jump Ahead.

I have not looked at that at all. I was experimenting with blue green briefly one day but I was mostly trying to play a bounce aground style and never considered pain and panic. It seems fun, but not necessarily competitive.

@@ZefaGames true, but there is some potential. For example Vicious Betrayal instantly enables Pete. And if you have have Alice on board as well that quest can bring Alice to 9 power as well. And that only by using 1 ink. I'm still experimenting on the list, but it's quite fun!

it comes down to whether the mill deck wheels red/blue into a be prepared or not. But i think red blue is typically favored because the counter to a whole new world is typically ramp.

Best songs for ariel are in steel and blue yellow lacks board wipes which steel provides. Could maybe have legs tho with a blue yellow alice support deck maybe

Its a battle between who gets ttheir prince john and who gets their fishbone and who goes first. Its a bit of a sweat for red blue but feels like a fair fight overall from my limited run ins. Certain red blues will have terrible matchup against discard depending on how the red blue variant is built

winnie doesn't have as good synergy as fishbone with hiram and he can die to characters or removal, fishbone also works on the turn its played. belle is played in some lists

I've not tried belle, she just just a threat instead of threat + removal, and her ramp isn't very good, she's like mickey and doesn't interact with Hiram like fishbone does.

Too early in the set to draw big conclusions. I think just 3 or 4 days ago, everyone was saying amber steel was unbeatable in the meta and now this deck stomps it.
