Both heads look weird to me, both doesn't really scream the characters' names that much. The accessories is a masterpiece, they are countless as hell, really detailed and many. I really don't get the point of including John's head, sure the body looks lean and fits John, but that is clearly Arthur's outfit, they should've just made a different figure for John that has his rdr1 outfit. Overall, the figure is weird and I don't get the point of making having Arthur's head and Arthur's clothings when the body is John's, but this is a not bad figure, I'd rate this a 6.8/10

my only explanation is that they used the same character model for both in RDR2. I heard John and Arthur both share the same character models besides the face in RDR2. i would go slightly more in-depth about it but i want to avoid spoilers.

@@chief5604 the way that they used different heads for one character on this figure is kinda sad but hilariously accurate to what Rockstar did with John in-game lmao. Would still have been very cool to see a Rdr2 or Rdr1 standalone John Marston figure though.

Hi Justin! Well this figure is so much fun to look at, what an incredible group of accessories, is it the most we’ve ever seen? For such a popular game that had so many twists and turns it’s not a surprise it has so much gear. And when the game came out it was such a great open world experience. At this point it really doesn’t matter to me if the head sculpts are perfect because the characters in the game were not perfect and had a bit of a generic look to them so I’m not upset by what they look like. I’m just so happy to see 2 of them and different ones. This set is a great value and you could pose these characters together if you pick up another phicen body. A lot of fun to be had with this figure. Thanks for the video 💎😊

I picked up the VTS version of the red dead figure and I'm very happy with my with my decision. Personally I love the weathering on the hat and I really like the John Marston head sculpt as well. I was slightly disappointed that I didn't get an Arthur head sculp with a beard (the look I love to use in game) but I'll likely find one for sale at some point. The Henry Golden Boy rifle is hands down my favorite accessory.

I think the accessories in this release are incredible but the figure itself isn't as good as the other one you reviewed. But buying them both and mixing and matching the best parts? Very tempting.

Definitely want to get this and the limtoys figure to have John and Arthur on the shelf. I would love to make John’s outfit from the epilogue. Amazing review as always.

No, the hat from the red death collection definitely looks better and the colors are almost perfect. And I actually like how weathered it looks That other hat looks more like the Nevada hat. The Red death collection looks awesome!

You know what I don't care that the portraits are not 100% accurate. We got RDR2 figures!! No company was willing to step up and get the license. So it's their loss. This figure has so many options for photos. I'm slowly just picking up items from this set because I already own the Lim toys version of the outlaw Gunslinger and it's freaking awesome. I cannot wait till the John Marston figures released. People should stop complaining and whining that it's not everything that they want. Just be happy on what we get and can get. Excellent review as always Justin.

Limtoy’s is better by far, the vts Arthur hat is over scuffed but the Limtoy Arthur hat is over textured. The vts gin sticker is really crooked, I love that you showed the side by side!

Justin, not putting up a picture or pose with the coon skin cap was a mistake. That thing is awesome. Accessories were a 11/10. So many options, so little time. I'll give the overall look to Limtoys however. The presence of the figure was better to my eye.

Arthur's headsculpt actually resembles Roger Clark more (the motion capture actor for Arthur). That's cool.

The revolvers are colt single action army revolvers and the rifles are a Winchester 66 in .44 rim fire and other rifle is a 1860 Spencer rifle in 56-56 the knife is a Bowie knife

I think the pouch thing is when Arthur or John goes hunting for small game he puts the meat in a little cloth so I think that’s what it might be and the one thing I wish we got with this figure is a different shirt for John

I had this before I got the limtoys version and while the accessories are cool it's nowhere near the same level, ended up selling it and I'm glad I did because apparently limtoys is making John Marston which will be awesome to pose with Arthur.

They are releasing the 2nd batch of their 1/12 Leon kennedy first then the Gunslinger 2nd batch. Dont worry it will release soon ;)

I think the Arthur head sculpt is okay although I prefer the Limtoys, but John's looks a bit off proportion wise. His forehead is too narrow and his eyes too close together. And the hair is weird on both of them. I like a couple extra clothing options but I'd rather buy them separately for the LT one. Saying that, since I own the LT one, I don't see any point buying this one.
