Ingredients:
warm milk 180ml
white vinegar 2 tsp or lemon juice
Dry:
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 1 1/2 tbsp
baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
eggwhites 3 extra large size
sugar 1/2 cup (3/4 cup)
oil 3/4 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
red coloring 1 tbsp
Whipped cream cheese icing:
cream cheese 1 box (226 grams)
whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
powder sugar 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
Toppings:
cake crumbs
white chocolate shavings
Baking time 25-30 minutes (160°c)

Thank you for sharing the recipe I tried it twice magkasunod na araw. Grabe ang sarap velvety tlga.!. Kahit wala butter. Cake flour Lang ginamit ko and cream cheese+whipping cream for frosting. Sarap tlaga.. Tama ang tamis texture. ❤❤❤
