⏩Ingredients (20 Cm Mold):
190 gr of butter.
40 gr of neutral vegetable oil (4 1/2 Tbsp).
3 Eggs (150 gr of liquid).
300 gr of sugar (1 1/2 Cup).
85 g of Yogurt + 90 g of milk (175 g of liquids, 3/4 Cup).
1 1/2 tsp apple or white vinegar.
2 tsp vanilla essence.
260 gr of all-purpose flour (2 cups + 2 Tbsp).
30 g of powdered milk (3 1/2 Tbsp).
14 gr of natural unsweetened Cocoa (3 Tbsp).
1 tsp baking powder (3gr).
1/2 tsp baking soda (3 gr).
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 to 1 tsp red or red gel coloring
super red adding little by little.
Cream cheese frosting:
230 gr of icing sugar + 10 gr of vanilla sugar
(2 cups, or 240 g of sugar + 1 tsp of vanilla essence).
120 gr of Butter.
400 gr of cream cheese 2 bars and a little more.
240 gr of whipping cream (1 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
Simple syrup:
120 ml of Water.
30 gr of Sugar.
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. You can use just butter but the oil gives moisture to the bread and makes it last longer fresh.
2. Instead of powdered milk you can use cornstarch.
3. To decorate use the Duya 1M Wilton.
