All my well educated and working proffesional friends from India just came to Toronto within last 1 year on point system fedral skilled program and all of them got good jobs in manufacturing and banking IT sector. Donot understand why these so called canadian educated persons can not find good jobs in Canada.

Immigration is a burning issue so Politicians doesn't want to take stand , Northeast BC still shortage of staff , very few population less than 10000 mostly migrants working there, Indians and Filipinos , most people are done with the bad customer services there, and thats true when you got to drive thru ,10 years ago it was different than this, when we came here we were taught about Canadian culture in school and and all that but now a days thats lacking, we cant be like Canadian the way they talk or provide services our culture is different but we all have worked in Customer service industry and we can see the change , If someone came to Canada yr ago can feel that imagine what white people are feeling , they dont even care of speaking in English infront of customer, I have seen that at YVR airport ppl are waiting for their order and they just talking casually to each other at the till in punjabi Imagine if we go to Punjab and we will see ppl from up talking in hindi and providing poor services . IF people in Punjab says they are coming here and bringing there culture habits which we dont like then its same what Canadian are feeling now . We need to educate them cuz this situation will get worse . And its all blame game and all that.
