Wow, thank you for this video. I had a minor stroke a few years ago and I had lots of inflammation afterwards. I used most of what you mentioned in this video with minimal improvement(reduction of the inflammation) until I started taking digestive enzymes. Within 3 months, I felt much better. Nearly a year later, I am back at the gym lifting weights again, while walking/jogging a few times a week too. I feel much better.

Do you feel back to normal?
@mandandi
@mandandi 3 жыл бұрын
@@nickcorso6396 I am almost there. Small steps though each day. Its winter now and my left hand does feel colder when I am out walking. But that sensation is getting less intense each week. In short, I can cram more activities in the day without the cycle of fatigue, pain, sleep and lack of energy. The inflammation is definitely under control or gone.

thank you kindly for your info, time & energy you put into this, as l have been battling CRPS (a neurodegenerative disease) for 31 years. I take 100-200 mg of luteolin(dissolved in 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil and helps with brain fog plus I get a big burst in energy levels for about 8 hr. Other flavinoids I take are grape seed extract, DHM, Olive leaf ext., green tea ext., white willow bark ext. CRPS causes low-grade fevers daily (last few years fevers get as high as 101.9 daily...do you have any suggestions other than lowering the neuroinflammation n

wow, I have been taking most of these for the past 5 years and I was not aware of all these benefits. I decided to diversify my diet years ago, so I just buy and use various plants - powders, roots, leaves, fruits, seeds, bark etc; as long as they are edible.

Is there a connection between brain inflammation and heavy- burning head ? I find relief just tilting my head forward.. basically when my head is lower than my shoulders

Hi I have a question! with brain fog, are you still able to formulate normal thoughts and ideas it just takes more effort right?
@stroke.rehabilitation
@stroke.rehabilitation 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Brett, that really depends on the severity of the brain fog. So yes, with low levels you can still think, process and formulate, but not to the level you are used to. It costs (a lot) more effort. Thank you!
@brettclow852

@@stroke.rehabilitation That makes sense! so with high severity of brain fog can you still talk with people and carry out normal tasks anyway? it just becomes even slower?
