As someone whose dad was ordered to pay child support when I was a kid, she should count herself lucky that he was even paying the child support. My dad stopped paying and moved to another state to try to get out of it. I loved how this judge saw that the mom was mainly upset he moved on.

My ex got a reduction..20 years we got 100 bucks. County 4got to collect, he disappeared , worked under a fake number, easy peasy. Lost my home, paid 75 perc3nt of my income foor rent, lost our apt in the end.

It's an individual judgment based on circumstances, as it should be. My ex bought an expensive new car, then filled for a reduction. That didn't work out well for him. There were times that he had valid life changes, and I didn't contest the changes, sometimes I initiated them. Aside from his before mentioned lapse in judgment he was good with paying his child support, so I was reasonable when I knew he was struggling. Even assisted with his job hunt, and apartment search. He wasn't good with tech, and everything has pretty much gone electronic. Steered him toward free tech classes, he got back on his feet. Always was a hard worker. This was years ago. Father's have to be reminded to responsible when their not, but what can you gain by tearing them down? If you can, help them help themselves. In doing so, you help your child and yourself.

Child support is a lot of the reason I don't want to have children.

My mother would not let it go by how much she hated me because I was my father child. I feel for the kid.

What job income does she have monthly herself? She's supposed to match his amount or better to pay household expenses monthly. The total income between their joint pay keeps the bills paid for rent, utilities, food, clothes etc for your son.

My coworker pays 75% of his check in child support and alimony. Or he did, he daughter is over 18 now, but he still pays the alimony and it went up after child support was completed. The daughter now lives with him and he can't retire because of the alimony payments and he has really bad health. His ex-wife is a demon.

The judge knows exactly what it is she just wanted to try and make her say it

I raised my children on my own. I never got any child support. The oldest one, DHS never tracked him down. The second one, the father owned a company, has it put in his father's name. Said he didn't work any more. It wasn't easy. But I made it. I do think that there should be a minimum of some thing.

wastewater treatment does make the water drinkable when its piped back out into the waterways. however its going to be brought in through an intake into the water treatment plant where its going to be thoroughly filtered and treated and then piped out to the general population for consumption.

He didn't ask for an adjustment when he had a second child. 890$ was a big chunk of take home pay when he got demoted. Seems like he is doing everything he can.

I don't think this is real, because he's acting like an actor, but overall, you will see crazy ish like this EVERY DAY at family court. You can go to family court any day and hear WAY wilder motions and hearings than this.
