Reef Octopus VarioS 0-10V Advanced Pump Control

This makes the Varios pump very versatile and almost universally compatible with most system controllers like the Neptune Systems’s Apex or the Reef Angel. I will show you how to program your Neptune System’s Apex controller to take advantage of the advanced controllability of the VarioS skimmer and water pumps.

If you have your pump turn off for a feeding mode, how could you make it "Soft Start" when it comes back on with the APEX? Like ramp from 0% to 30% for one minute and then resume normal intensity scheduling?

if i have an 80 gallon cube about 5 feet of head pressure which pump should i get? 4 or 6

Ok so I plugged the power of my Varios 8 into an EB-8 outlet. Turned the outlet on and the lights on the controllrer come onThen I plugged the 0-10V cable directly to my Apex Base. I see several VARSPDxx outlets Tried them all one by one But the pump doesn't turn on. It will only work when I disconnect it and run it straight from the outlet. What am I doing wrong here?

thank you sir im buying a Regal 200INT 8" Internal Protein Skimmer (VarioS) - Reef Octopus and VarioS-6 Controllable DC Pump (1720 GPH) - Reef Octopus from brs soon i needed 1 .... unless you can do better on price ,,,, apex is taking too long to get the pump out

The VarioS pump can be controlled with any 3rd party system controller with a 0-10V control capabilities.

That's an ambiguous answer as vertex do not say if I can or not nor does it mention anything about 0-10v
