I made one of these for the skylight in the shower of my travel trailer per your instructions. I like the use of the foam core and the tape handle, I would have never thought of that. It fits snugly when it’s in place and can be removed when we need to use the shower. On a sunny day, the bathroom was like an oven. With the Reflectix in place it really keeps out the heat and the UV rays. Great video. Thanks.

After living in my RV for a year or so I'm facing another hot summer in tx and I never liked reflextic but now I'm seeing the results of why they should be used, it's hard keeping my 38ft RV cool but I just installed 2 new acs and using refltix in my room, covered the sky lights and it made a nice difference

Good stuff we drape a similar material, heat blankets on the tops of our pop up slide outs makes a good difference in the heat of the day. Possible the full reflectex would make it even better.

I see your video is about a year old, have you had any problem with the skylight melting or cracking from this? I really like the idea but concerned about the skylight.

You can get that reflectix for free. I have enough to insulate my home with. Pet stores use it to ship fish in. They throw it away every single week
