When you find someone who genuinely cares - keep them close. Most people do not care about your struggles, your pain, or your state of mind. They only care how they make themselves feel when they talk to you if given the chance. If you try talking to someone about things and they change the subject, downplay it, or say nothing at all - they do not care. Or they talk over you before you can fully explain. Some people feel they HAVE to fix things with you when all you probably want is someone to listen, to hear you out. Sometimes there isn't a "fix". Much Love to those hurting.....

Oh this soothes my soul actually. When I cry, someone, a lot of someone’s, care… there’s just nothing anyone can do about it.. I lost my husband 2 yrs ago Dec 15th unexpectedly from what had become a routine surgery. He contracted Septic Shock and died within a week. It went from his hip where the incision was, traveled through his blood to his lungs, kidneys, heart and then brain. 😔 I met him 41 yrs ago and now when I look back I realize I was just a child. We have 4 daughters, 1 son, 7 granddaughters and 8 grandsons. Our only son and daughter in law just gave birth to a son… Scott would be so, so proud the tie has been broken ♥️

And as such, can always blame something or someone else for your failure. So, try and actually take charge of your own life. Then, give credit to what YOU achieved or failed to do. I come here often, it’s somehow comforting. Sometimes even I struggle to believe how much I went through in only two decades of life, and it makes me feel hopeless and overwhelmed. No one will ever understand, I feel cut off from the world. Verbal, physical, emotional and psychological abuse, broken family, ptsd, major depression, eating disorders, chronic anxiety, loneliness, grief, sh, I’ve seen it all. I got my youth stolen, I’ll never be able to be happy and loved like anyone else. I’m beyond damaged, I feel like I’ll die soon. Though no one cares about me, because they assume I’m better. I survived many attempts, I graduated high school, I’ve beaten panic attacks, many of the people who traumatised me are no longer a threat, I study in a medical field, I fixed my physical sickness, I finally made a few friends, yet I still feel hollow. Nothing brings me joy, nothing will ever truly fix me. Reconnecting with my own emotions has become impossible, I don’t know what I need or what else I’d need to do to feel better. I’ve always dreamt about finding love. A partner to come back home to, someone I would cook for every evening and spend my domestic life with. Maybe I liked the idea of being caressed and comforted by someone who was bigger and more stable than me, but that’s one hell of a lame fantasy, especially when you’re a grown twenty something man like me. Deep down I know that not even that could heal my wounds.

Până atunci îmi plâng toată durerea și tristețea doar amintiri vor rămâne iar eu, ușurată, cu puteri noi și optimistă pornesc spre obținerea noilor împliniri. Sus capul VIAȚA pulsează e plină de noi trăiri, mă așteaptă cu brațele ei iubitoare larg deschise. Acum sunt eliberat și zâmbitor, vă doresc tuturor somn ușor !

I realize my life has been blessed at 59,my wife of 32 years, I have seen her age gracefully as they say from 21 to 54,6 grown children and 6 grandchildren.Adopted at birth never knowing my biological family I will still have a legacy of generations to come,it’s not over but the time truly passes extremely fast and no matter what circumstances just breathe and feel blessed you are alive and human 🙌🏼

I know no one will read this but I can’t think of a better place to put my thoughts into words. I’m losing my few friends because of who I am now, I work on myself constantly and do my best in every aspect of my life to be the best person I can be and I tackle life everyday as if it’s my last, I haven’t had time to process any of the losses I’ve experienced in the last few months and I work all the time. God bless my little sister for always helping me when she can and my brother for being there for me, sometimes I just want to give up, I’m only 20 but I’ve been experiencing life so fast with so many changes to my life as a total. I always handle every problem that’s thrown my way but I’m just so tired. I want to give up.

I'm sitting here, just finished my horrible three years of apprenticeship. I'm overwhelmed but the world doesn't care. There is no break, no rest, nothing. Got newly diagnosed with both CPTSD and PTSD and I don't know where to go. Most therapists never took me seriously and the one who did can no longer treat me. I'm just alone. Friends leave me all the time because I'm too much of a burden with all my trauma and anxieties. I want to have friends. But at the same time I despise all of humanity for what it did to me.

Sitting in the shadows, a little out of your view, is someone who is watching you. You are bundled under an umbrella and staring into the distance. You’ve used up your Kleenex as you stand there, now you have nothing to wipe away your tears but you don’t care. The tears are the only thing that tells you that you are still a living, breathing being. How could it have come to this. Lost and alone. Well maybe not alone. You feel a presence but you don’t see anyone. You heave a few times as your body tries to let this last blast of wind against your body sink to the pavement below your rubber soled feet. You think silently that you’re at least dressed for the weather, the weather you feel both inside and around you. What you don’t know is there is a watcher. If you knew, you might be frightened. Everything has been slanted towards undermining your very being so why would you know that this watcher is not malevolent. In fact, if you knew the watcher was there and you knew the truth, you would know that the watcher is not there to harm you but is someone who cares. Why? Because this watcher has known you your whole life and has always been by your side. If only you could see beyond the rain and into the shadows you would not feel so alone. You’re drawn to a small alcove where there is a bench. You mindlessly walk to it and slump down. The watcher sits next to you. You begin to talk aloud of your woes and the abandonment that is now the shawl that wraps around your skeleton like a shell. The shell keeps you from knowing you are not alone. You almost feel a hand reach for you, the moment passes, you stand and walk the path again towards the empty room you know awaits you at the end of the walkway, the place you will lay your head and dream of dying once again. Meanwhile I sit here writing your story and going inside it and outside of it like I’m you but not you. One truth I would whisper in your ear if only you could hear, “I love you, I will never leave your side. You have never been alone. One day you will feel my pulse and know I’m real, you will tell me that you’ve found your peace and that this world as cruel as it can be has never entirely forsaken you. Somewhere under my arm is a wing. When you find it, as I am laying it right here on this bench, please begin to know that I am real and I’ve taken you under my wing until the day you can fly on your own again. It is then that you will see me, with the other wing, flying next to you - an eternal bond beyond time and place, beyond disturbance and emptiness. We will at last have joined once again in our flight, one in rhythm, our wings beating as one. The heart knows what the heart knows. Adieu for now my dear lost one, until you join me as one.” Yes, dear reader this message is to you.

@@daniellerostaing1467 I don’t have writings on my yt but I do add comments like this to many channels of all types. Thanks for noticing Daniel. My teachers and mom got mad when I didn’t want to publish early in life. I like more of the one on one because it’s more like a personal gift. Go well, always.

I dont understand. Whenever I try to tell myself that I have so many problems and responsibilities. I end up telling my self that its just the music that makes you feel that way. And i also end up being happy again. People think that I dont have any sorrows but deep down its the opposite.

Call me crazy, but I don't find this sad. I find it very soothing and restful ... and beautiful. I can enjoy it in solitude or sharing it with someone else.
