I would make sure to replace the wipes you're using to disinfect quite often because otherwise you're just smearing germs from one place to another. Using frequently cleaned rags with a cleaning solution/sanitizing solution if you dont have pop up wipes. Replace with fresh wipes/rags frequently !!!

You may want to think about having shoe covers for use at your door since you all like to wear shoes in the house. Super germy! The shoe covers would prevent transferring bacteria, dirt, and viruses onto your floors.

Please read all the directions. Most of the disinfecting wipes say the surface has to stay wet for a few minutes so wiping a surface might not be enough

When I was in college one lab we had was cultures of different everyday items. We swabbed cellphones, toilet seats, and the elevator buttons. The cellphones grew the most bacteria, so since then I've been religious about cleaning the face of my phone.

A lot of people don't have access to Antibacterial wipes. I shared a diy disinfecting spray on my most recent video- it's just 1/16 bleach and 15/16 water.

I’ve been doing this diligently! When I go into a store I carry my purse as a crossbody to keep from sitting it in the shopping cart! Great video idea Ashley! Everyone definitely needs to be doing this! Praying you guys stay safe & healthy 🙏🏻 God is in control. He will take care of us!

Just FYI you need to also sanitize shoes or just remove before you enter your house. My friend has daycare center and thats one of the things they are being told to do with the kids, otherwise your dragging all germs from outside in. Also good old soap and water and a lot of hand-washing thru-out the day. Hand sanitizers not necessary unless you have no access to a sink and soap.

I've had such a busy day and wasn't able to watch your video till late. Everything you cleaned I clean religiously. My son has a low immune system and I'm constantly cleaning. I'm the biggest germaphobic person lol. My husband loves it. He catches himself cleaning things he never thought of before. Really enjoyed your video after a busy day. Imagine living in fear everyday tou have to go outside because you need food, medication etc. I wake up exhausted with the amount of steps i take before and after i go out, bleaching is occuring everyday in my building... just so you know this is real... very real...😭 sending love from quarantine 💓

The world is in my everyday world. I constantly disinfect all these things . My husband used to think I was exaggerated and crazy but now with the corona virus understands me. I don’t even touch menus at restaurants and grab the ketchup with a napkin. He used to get embarrassed but my ocd could literally visualize the gems . This virus makes me believe I wasn’t as crazy , the gems where there.

My goodness you always hit on just the right notes. All the stuff to clean/disinfect may seem overwhelming (and indeed some are overlooked too!) but many are just small things.. plus as you say, it doesn't have to be done in one fell swoop. I worked in a daycare for years, at the end of every day we used to put the plastic toys in the dishwasher. Way easier than wiping each one individually and the heat combined with the detergent disinfected everything just fine. They even make little baskets that go in the dishwasher to hold small stuff.

I agree, Ashely. Something is better than nothing! I wish someone would compare/test how much of the viruses and bacteria are killed by just wiping down an object and not letting it sit wet for the amount of time stated on the product directions or just using alcohol, etc. Lately, it's been kind of overwhelming with all these cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting steps.
