Very nice video I’m 180 pounds and my biggest concern was if this particular tower wasn’t sturdy enough. It looks very stable. Thanks so much.

Trust me, if it held up for me (240 lbs) it will hold up for you. Hopefully your pull-ups go better than mine though 😂

With the wrench they provided the nuts just spin in place so I'm assuming I need to get a socket wrench?

Too bulky for a dip station. Pullups not possible because of the backrest ‚pillow‘ especially for beginners

I haven’t had any issues doing the exercises on this other than not being able to do a simple pull up any more 🤷‍♂️😂
