I don’t know if you can count it as a Theory,but something i'd wish in the game was ennies lobby. Some type of marine island where the marine players can execute pirates. I'd be really cool,because it'd be possible to save your crewmates like the straw hats did with robin and franky. Maybe they should add cp9,too? As,a marine player which enters cp9 must do task which or are pre-made and random or made by higher ranked of the world governament(players). Something like invade a pirate ship,or capture a player to be executed at ennies lobby. Like the anime(in my case manga) high member of cipher could even recieve their own fruit if they do well enough. (Exp:kaku and kalifa).

I have an idea for people to get black blades, basically every the more times you use haki with swords like let's just say 780 times you have a chance of making your blade a black blade, and they could make it a 4 or 2 percent chance, but you can only do it with weapons u made which goes into another idea the ability to make your own swords I know there will be blueprints, but I'm saying like you can customize to our own style this way making custom swords still as strong as the named sword and u can find blueprints to make swords a better grade. Rate my idea .

The skeleton is most probably Yomi Yomi no mi ( revive) . Which upon death will turn you into a skeleton and grant you a second life just like brook.

Ngl this might be a crazy idea but for devil fruit awakenings. Instead of a generic farm shards to awaken your devil fruit. To awaken it should have something to do with the fruit itself. First you have to bond with your fruit and become one woth the essence of your fruit aka have your fruit for a long time which could work cause devil fruits have a will of their own. Then second you have to beat your devil fruit/earn its respect maybe for more agressive devil fruits you have to physically fight it kind of like bankais in bleach but for peaceful devilfruits you have to do something else. And then the final challenge would be to overcome a trial with your devil fruit. Aka with revive fruit to unlock the revive ability you have to die and theres a 10% chance you spawn as a skeleton then you have to go on a quest to find your body then after you find your body you enter it and awake n with the knowledge of your df and now you cN revive every time you get knocked for once per life only.

Or with a cd. And then after your df awakens you unlock a new skill or a move can get buffed/changed of your choice. For dragon df you have to fight and beat it physically then it gives you a quest called. "Become the strongest" and you have to beat Kai do or a leviathan on your own maybe. Idk just an idea to make df awakening interesting. And awakened df abilities would be really strong but you have to pick between 2 or 1 depending on the df. Maybe for zoans you unlock their awakened form and all your transformation moves get buffed in some way

man execution event can be so so so gooood. so in oredr for stronger people to not ragequit when they are capture since a lot is on the risk it good to have a server event where like all pirates have few minutes to go to execution island and defeat all marine players/npcs i norder to save the high bounty pirate... OR if they dont like the guy cause he was toxic and unfrendly they can help sabotage other pirates and gain honor from marines. So that whould force players to always behave good and not be toxic cause one day their bounty might depend on it

I think execution events for really high fame pirates should have a chance to be set in another experience outside the game where you keep your data but the player limit is like 50/100 so all the pirates crew and Ally's can come and save them but the Marines can also join to stop it from happening. Like a massive 25v 25 team battle maybe
