Welcome to Cloninger’s Garage. In this video, I work up some reloads for 87 Speer Hot Cor bullets using IMR 3031. The focus was to load up to a higher pressure than suggested for the 250 Savage. I was trying to reach an avg. MV of 3200+. We had planned to get velocity readings (we did not get all of them), but we experienced some technical difficulties.
