I figured it out! if the pitman arm is facing the steering gearbox input then the 90° needs to have the output at a reverse rotation of the input, but if the pitman arm is facing away from the steering gearbox input, then the 90° gearbox will have to have the input and output rotating the same direction!

For cooling, you could run 2-3 mini aluminum radiators about 9-10" square with electric fans mounted. Run the radiators one to the other and this would allow you to either stack them or remote mount them. You caps also then ditch the manual fan to free up some power.

Good hack for hole saw pilot bits. I got tired of constantly breaking pilot bits, so after deep thought I remembered they sell round bar stock at hardware store. Cut a piece of round bar same length as pilot bit. Determine center and drill or use bit in hole saw to drill pilot hole. Then replace bit with round bar and cut with hole saw. if round bar bends cut a new piece. Heck of a lot cheaper than drill bit. + round bar is softer won't snap like a bit more forgiving

You wont need to use the opposite direction for the steering junction box. As far that steering box is concerned it will still turn right when you turn right. Since its turned around when you turn right the box if would still be in the stock position would turn left but with this set up will turn right if you turn right

great progress! I would have reinforced the rear body mounts below the floor, to distribute the load more towards the outside of the plates. I'm always concerned about the the remote brake master cylinder set up. Its a single circuit set up. if you have a failure, you lose your brake completely. It really should be a dual set up as well! I have a FC170, my radiator dimensions are H:22.5" x W: 16" x 2.75" thick, which must be a 3 row. The old motor was quite inefficient, so a good aluminum 3 or 4 row will probably do it.

Kind of complicated but I like that brake booster solution. Initially I was thinking you need to have that 90 degree steering box turn opposite the direction of the input. But I am thinking you're going to need to turn the pitman arm around to the backside of the shaft which would make it go the wrong direction. SO, I am going with it needs to turn the same direction.

Are you required to use steel lines for all brake lines? A stainless steel braided teflon line like for motorcycles would be easy to run in the cab to go from the MC to the SC. Galfer will make any length and connecting ends you require. Just replaced my rubber brake lines on my bike with Galfer SS lines and wow, big improvement in feel. No more sponginess.
