In this episode, join Oliver and I as we begin to explore Lake Superior's north shore while backpacking and camping. With an endless amount of water flowing through a vast-rugged landscape, it can make angling very difficult but yet, very rewarding. I hope you enjoy this episode and the experience I captured!

@@adammead8197 Naw , Northern Michigan is generally considered to be the upper part of the lower peninsula. The Upper Peninsula is a separate and distinct region. And I say that as a born and bred yooper.

What a great adventure! Reminds me of when I was your age. Back then no cell phones, Computers or any other way to communicate other then finding a phone booth. I would Just head out on an adventure.

Dude, the amount of time that you are putting in to get all of these shots is really impressive. Especially going solo like you are. All the back and forth to set up a simple walking shot is so time consuming but well worth it for the viewer to tell the story. Great stuff man!

Big fan of your videos, pretty sure I’d have hypothermia in those conditions. In fact once I did a canoe trip over by Wawa in early Dec and did get hypothermia. Keep up the great adventures man!

Another amazing video! I could almost taste that egg, gouda and raspberry jelly sandwich. Is there any better feeling (besides landing fish) then when that fire starts warming you up after fishing in the cold…one of my fav things. Great job Kyle! What were the ingredients in that pot pie? this was in December, which i really dont advise to try, as the conditions are very unpredictable, which makes it dangerous and honestly unfishable. i would suggest trying it in the fall first, and if you're ok with that, attempt to try december.
