Everything in the universe has most likely experienced a time in there journey, if you will, where something didn’t work out or something went wrong. It is through these times that you chose a path. 7 months ago on this day, I sat in hospice holding my mother's hand as she slept peacefully. I sat there as she was removed from pain meds for two days straight telling her that she didn't have to struggle anymore (cancer survivor of 12 years and may health related problems). I sat there holding her hand telling her how strong she had been throughout the whole fight and how much I loved her.. she opened her eyes right as she passed and turned and looked at me and that was it... I got into a crazy car accident a month later... a few days after that one of my best friends took his own life in his truck. I'd been fighting anxiety attacks, panic attacks, depression, insomnia, depression... And more fucking depression... I woke up today and my dad had a stroke... And my birthday is in 6 days. I've fallen pretty far this year.. I'm 23 and didn't think it was going to be anywhere near this rough... I learned about Binaural beats and this is the first video I've opened so far. I'm only 10 minutes in and my face is full of tears because you guys are so kind to each other and this music is so relaxing.. and I haven't been able to relax like this for a long time... Thank you all...

This comment section has me in tears. i have depression. My mom has stage 1 breast cancer. I am also bullied. Im only 12. The thought of "why am i here" has come over me a million times. But i know life is not just full of hate and anger. Its filled with love too. Sometimes we just need to stop and think what great things can come for us. Been battling depression and anxiety since I was 16. Iam now 32 and I'm finding my light, it was a long hard battle but I promise you that if you work on yourself hard enough you'll win!!! Hang in there everyone dont give up! I meditated to this and within just a few minutes, my body and mind felt like they were floating in the ocean. Beautiful blue water with nothing around but myself. I kept seeing myself about to reach the surface, but then sink down again. Each time I sank and resurfaced my perspective changed. Weird how this can send you to another place.

I've never posted on KZfaq before honestly I don't do social media, but as I lay here listening to this soft meditation I began reading the comments and felt so much love from people I don't even know. I was recently informed that I have anxiety but I don't want to do the meds so I'm trying different things. I love the motivational, spiritual, and encouraging post from all of you. I just recently started to meditate I came across this. I had the most powerful meditation. I was told to look within myself, a bag opened and I pull all negative energy out. I felt a heavy weight on my chest and my mind told me this is where I'm storing all my pain and tension. I just cried because I could feel the negative energy leaving.

I meditated to this for the first time today, and I’ll tell you. It’s real. It’s also very powerful. Make sure if you do this, you are ready for the consequences. When I started doing this my right side of my back started twitching and it hasn’t stopped yet. My stomach felt warm. I saw a woman in a window. It’s powerful, but it helps. The time also flies by. Focus on your breathing. Manifest if you’d like. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Much to love you. 🖤

Today, I let go of fear, I let go of all things that are out of my control. Even though I am currently in a stressful situation just like millions of others are I know it could be worse. I am where i am because I am blessed and protected. I have life, health, strength and my sanity. I proclaim that all is well. Everything happens in god's/the universe's divine timing.
