Remove Protector Push Power Error on Sony HCD-DZ390K DVD Receiver.
Hello Guys,
Welcome back to my new video. In this video I will show you the repairing process to remove Protector Push Power Error on Sony HCD-DZ390K DVD Receiver. So please watch complete video till the end. If you like the video so please press the Like icon and share the video with your friends and family.
In this Video I’ve connected a jumper wire from Resistance R-3504 to IC- 1110 to remove the protecting mode.

I have sony ht m55 5.2 sound system going in protector mode everytime I turn it on. Checked all the 14 power transistors, they're all ok. What else could be the problem.

Hi bro, thanks a lot. Am having DAV DZ690K which was working like a charm for last 14 years on daily basis. I connected it with my Sony Bravia sync through HDMI port and it always worked flawlessly day and night with superior sound. But since last 1 month due to surge/spark in power socket it started showing protection in display. I put the jumper as told by you and again it started back to life. Extremely thanks a lot. I really wanted to gift you a vodka bottle. Pls help me with one more that it's Front left speaker is not working and sometimes it gives heavy scratching noise. I would be greatfull if you share ur contact details (to send me ur gift) and also to seek further guidance. Once again thanks a lot.

You're welcome Bro. If the front speakers are not working properly so quite possible the Amp IC is not working properly so in this situation I would suggest you to contact with the Sony service center once so that they can provide you the Amp IC.

Bro sorry to say but I don't have the shop..... My hobbie is repairing and modification also I've knowledge in this filed hence I've repaired my known's system in the video so that everyone (who is facing the same issue) can understand the issue and fix it by own. I wish I could repair your system as well but bro in full time I do job in Pvt company. But I would suggest you that you may contact with your near by technician and share the same video with him and ask him to follow the same process. Still if you need and assistance or help please let me know.

Although it's possible but I would suggest that you that don't make changes with internal wiring or circuit. You may use external Aux port (If available). Through the Aux you may connect the USB-Bluetooth plate and also use external 5V supply. Through this process you may keep safe the originality of your system.

U have any idea how by pass DVD player from any Sony home system like cassette tape and dvd at power it’s detects tape or dvd first or else any one divce fails to pass it’s goes to please wait or standby I want bypass dvd detection Ann tape detection when power ON how to bypass this test and start system Normal without detecting this pls reply 24 April 2022 1:30am

If you're able to access the system partially means if you're able to access the system in any mode then yes, you can try to update the firmware of the system if you have all the equipment. But in this situation I would suggest you to once contact with Sony tech support.

Firstly I suggest you to disconnect the HDMI/AV cables and speakers as well. Then if have basic knowledge of the Electronics (electronic components and Parts) then only open the uper cover thorough proper forehead screw driver and try to trace the circuit if you are able see any component burnt or not but please make sure while you're tracing the circuit the main supply plug/cable not connected to the supply board. But make sure if you're not aware about the Electronics equipment/ parts then please avoid to open the upper panel of the system it may harmful for you and for the system as well. In this situation the better option is that you mat ask for repair the system in your near by service center.

Mr.Anik, agr apke pas proper equipment available nhi hai so main apko suggest Karunga ki ap service center se hi repair krwaye or waise ye kam 3,000 Rs ka nhi hai so service center me aap request kr sakte hai kam amount me repair karne k liye.

Mr Nitin, main apko suggest Karunga ki ye IC aap authorise service center in center se try Karo because local market me eska milna thoda sa difficult hai but agr aap Delhi se belong karte hai so wha eske milne ke thode chance hai.
