This works on all the models I’ve tried and a few Bburagos too! Try it on a small spot first!

Hi, do you know if this would work on plastic as well if I am using something acetone free? Trying to convert the F1 cars to the tobacco livery so want to remove unwanted decals from plastic surfaces as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm going to guess and say it should work because even though it's a plastic or resin model, there is still the paint that is separating the material from the decal and if the paint is fine on a diecast model, then I'm going to wager that it should also be fine on a plastic/resin model. Again, I would give it a try on an inconspicuous area first but I'm pretty confident that it should work. Let me know how it turns out!

Would you recommend this method on a paint of a F1 Hot Wheels elite version 1/18 model?

This should work on any decal applied to any diecast. I would try a small spot first if you're hesitant but the decal processes is the same for almost all diecast cars.

@@ludelvr cool i ask because its a very red metallic Ferrari paint called nuovo rosso scuderia and I wouldn’t want to mess with that beautiful brightness but ill try a very small amount first, the decals are very small i hope its not noticeable, thanks!

@@91lifetime23 I totally get it. I was very hesitant to do this to my model but it worked out very well but yeah, try an small spot first for sure! Hope it works out!
