My plan went so left. Went in for a checkup was told the baby needed to come out by emergency c section, six weeks early. The baby was in the NICU for six weeks before coming home. I wasn't prepared to leave my baby in the hospital. One of the most traumatic experiences of my life.

Loved the episode. Remy is a great storyteller. You should have Remy as a permanent crew she would be a great additio especially now that she is a mom. R is smart fun and has great energy. Shannon is just chill and mellow. Chey is observant and a leader. Remy is a talker and is very positive

I would love for Remy to become a permanent part of the podcast! I need y’all to drop the doula resources that Remy had mentioned, and the books that Cheyenne and Zack read.

Shanan, you have to give yourself grace. A c-section is sometimes necessary and trust that’s what was meant for you. I had a c-section too and no one should be shamed because of it. Parker is alive and had you pushed on, he might not be. You never know. Cheyenne, I love you so much for clarifying that there is no perfect plan and some women prefer c-sections. If I have another child, I’ll probably just have a c-section again to be honest. Remy, thanks for saying that it ultimately doesn’t matter when your child is at risk. You just have to get the baby out alive.

REMY, thank you! I love how you speak truth and God into EVERYTHING on this. It’s beautiful. Love how you speak about your VERTICAL relationship w/ God and not judgmental to others who don’t share the same experience. It truly is such a personal relationship and not a one size fits all. It’s beautiful and I🙏🏿 God uses your canter and authenticity to draw others💕

Remy is hilarious. This was such a great story. I’m so happy you had your beautiful baby boy despite the challenges. Also thank you guys for dropping so much gems. I’m 6 months pregnant with twins and I’m terrified but this video brought me relief. Also shoutout to Remy for wanting the birth experience to involve just her and her hubby. I needed my mom there with my first pregnancy and will have her at the hospital for my second lol. I’m such a big baby lol. You’re strong Remy. I wish you and your family all the best. Great episode ❤❤.

I had a short cervix too and it was bruised or something like that. But it grew 0.5 cm above the shortlist. I carried full therm and had a healty baby boy who is going to be one in 2 days. But after delivery I was sent home and had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius. And went back the same day and almost died. But I didnt care about myself at all.

I had a short cervix during my pregnancy. Had a cerclage @20 weeks and had my son @24 weeks. We had a long nicu stay but he's 100% healthy. It's the most scariest experience. But it can be okay.

I got an epidural and by the time it was time to have my daughter it wore off so I had to push through my contractions. Ultimately, I ended up having a c-section because my daughter’s heart rate kept dropping. Nothing wrong with a c-section. Would rather be cut open and have my child as opposed to trying to push and lose her.
