I know the video of Ren that you were talking about and I’ve only watched it once, and that damn near ended me. How he’s moved on from then to where he is today is a testament to his inner strength. Don't worry about changing your reaction approach for others. The real subscribers are here for what you've been doing all along. Keep your chin up dude! Always down for your Ren content, but if you want some other suggestions, how about "Can't Play Dead" by The Heavy, or "Nobody" by Skindred, or "New Shoes" by Paolo Nutini.

I'm happy that you mentioned that musicians on Ren's level work hard to produce the art that we love. The same thing happens to athletes. It's so easy for those who do sports or music to dismiss the hard work and commitment of those who make their work look so easy. I really want to commend you on your selection of Ren tracks to feature here. You're often looking outside those that are already heavily featured by other reactors. Please continue to do that.

Cliff I'm glad that your exersise in self control helps you but there are some of us who have damage that includes loss of Executive Function and no matter how much you wish to do something you just can't do it . These people deserve compassion as well even though they can sometimes look a undisciplined mess .Thank you for being a warm hearted compassionate man and for continuing the mental health conversation. I found this exactly when I needed it 2.39 at night and I'm not even sleepy. ❤❤❤
