Renault master blow heater not working.. fix heater resistor/location

blower heater fan not working, heater resistor location and replacing. was only working on 1,2 and 3. was like this for over 1 year then only 4 worked for 1 day. completely stopped so found replacement on eBay. similar vids on YT was not clear and left hand drive. hope this helps u.

Just purchased a renault master 2014....ac/heat not working..hopefully its the switch/resistor or something similar...thanks for posting....has helped..next week i will start the investigation..start by removing the dash and having a squizz underneath..on first look that just involves a lot of torx screws?? Plus radio....really appreciate u taking the time to make a vid 👍🍻

Thank you for your kind words. I didn't have the ac, and your van is newer by 6 years. But yes, torx strategically placed under the the dash (take note I had 1 left after putting it all back. had to remove it again to find where i missed 😂 not funny) I also removed more of the dash than necessary. As for the radio?? I didn't need to remove mine but if you do make sure you have the radio code. I hope you sort it and 1 more thing, pay the extra for the replacement they look the same but I had to replace the replacement after 3 weeks or so with very little use. cheers mate . . your the Man . . . your right, about awkward . . itis in a awkward place . . I tried getting it out with a Little pair of grips to no avail, then used a flat head screwdriver (around the little black clips) it popped out straight away . . again Thanks mate . . .

Thanks for the info.In my case I have a left hand drive 2004 mk2 3.0 .I got to mine from the passenger side (right hand side)I found a large open ended spanner fitted loosely at right angles unclipped it easily anti clockwise.

Not sure if this is the problem, but with your help I just popped it out using a 22 mil spanner to twist it out. Only had to take out the glove box with only plastic clips to disengage.... No torx screws etc! As soon as the glove box is out its pretty visible towards the drivers side. Thanks! Now have to wait for ebay to deliver, fingers crossed......
