I'm an 81-year retired carpenter/ construction/finish, plumber, and ceramic floor and wall tile installer. Not an electrician, Josh. I left that up to my brother. He was smarter than me, lol . I just love you guys and your family. Even though I can't do what I do anymore I can enjoy watching you and in my. mind creating your excellent work.

Ellie had a little lamb, it's fleece was white as snow.......

Lily is totally one of the family now. I had pet sheep myself as a kid and I know you’ve got yourself another Leon there. She owns all of your hearts!

I can't help myself. I smile from ear to ear everytime I see that little lamb follow you all about. Such heart-warming to see. Love it.

Maybe Ellie can start getting the lamb accustomed to shearing (positions) now. Bet she can get that sheep to be the easiest sheep ever to be sheered - when it gets older. The two on the farm are SO precious!

So much going on for your family! I get tired imagining your long days. I’m retired after 50 years being a nurse it’s nice to put my feet up. Some day that will come for you as well, good luck on that cafe build.

I can definitely relate to Erin's comment about going on autopilot...sometimes it is the only way to get through when the tank is on empty. Your vision and work ethic seem to pull you through every time. Very impressive!

I don't know where you guys find the energy to take care of all of your projects and still raise a wonderful family. One thing; I spent 33 years in the food service industry and do not envy you the task you have in front of you. Josh, for a band I would recommend 4 dedicated 20amp circuits. The size of your place really 3 would work, but an extra just incase. The PA can run off 2, the band off 1, and lighting off the 4th. Edit: that is if you are planning to bring in full bands, if sticking to duos and trios 2 dedicated would be fine. I would also label them as dedicated so they know.

Glad I didn't delete this channel a few weeks back. House looks great and I'm happy to see the business restoration is moving right along.

Josh and Erin, you two are SO HARDWORKING... I don't know how Y'all do it, But i am SO Impressed... The cafe is going to be wonderful, I can feel it❤ Not only the delicious food that I've seen, Which looks INCREDIBLE 😋 but the fact that you are trying to bring the community together with live music and seating! I really appreciate that Josh and Erin. Ive watched some of my other channels and they don't have seating for anyone 🤔 There is nothing better than to create a community, Loving, Welcoming Vibe. Especially for elderly people that dont get out much and may have some health issues. Its good to know that you are thinking about everyone and bringing people together. Its been a rough few years and a lot of people have not been out, so this cafe is going to be a Blessing for So many people ❤ Cant wait to see the chapter house furnished and ready for families to come and enjoy this Beautiful home.... Electrical work is the most important work in a building. A bad plumber can flood you a bit, but a bad electrician can burn you down. Josh has the skills.
