I keep trying to justify the FID myself, Reps stuff is always impressive, I just need more of it....

I've got the Titan adjustable, and will probably end up replacing it with the Rep Version too.

I've never had a problem with the width, and my Wife likes it too. She is less that half my size so that gives you a pretty wide spectrum of width. So I think it'll work for you no problem.

It's super close. So like Titan's finish is glossy, but Reps is more what you'd expect out of a proper powder coat. If I set it next to my Rogue Yoke, I don't think I'd be able to tell the difference.

Sennheiser Pro Audio ME 2-II with the Rode Wireless go for this one, however I usually use the Sennheiser XSW wireless system when recording other people, it also sounds great, and no worries, I love talking gear, Gym gear is fun, but I'd spend as much if not more talking video/audio gear.

@@truthundertension For my desk mike I really enjoy the Rode PODmic, with a little tweaking it sounds great. That and a 50 dollar boom arm and it's perfect.

@@AverageDadReviewsFitness they gave me a couple of more updates, and stayed that they, in fact, have made the change to a 3" thickness, and that they will change their videos as I suggested. They also stated that they made a design enhancement change to the footing of the bench, stating rubber feet now. I guess that they had plastic footing pieces? I have not yet been able to buy their FB-5050 bench or the Rogue Monster Bench, due to the obvious supply issues, so I'm curious to know what Rep is doing with these design changes, and what you think about the thinner 3" bench now. I've got someone who lifts in my garage that's smaller and they don't mind the wide pad at all. Not sure if you'd notice the benefit of the width, but the thickness for sure.

I've used it for them, it's pretty stable and works well. I've think the most I've used is 245#, so above that not. If you have a wall, or upright to set the back against it's even better.

My old gym used the Rogue utility bench and this is much better. I would call it soft by any means, but the extra width and depth have been great for my shoulders. It is very close to the Thompson Fat pad in my experience.

@@teedteed9130 It’s worth it imo. I got a slanted bench at first but they sent me a new one within a week when I emailed them.

Looks like Rep is expecting restocks mid January on several bench models.
