Might look at getting some of these and add them to my Adex club and mace systems.

Training time alone doesn’t determine training level. Technique and intensity determine that. I see lifetime intermediate or beginners at my gym everyday and at every gym I’ve ever been to.

Their site states that they do not suggest using this if you weigh over 185lbs. What are your thoughts? Do you think they work well for your weight? Not sure if you're over 185 but you look like you have mass. Thanks!

I've never seen 185 on the scale in my adult life and I've been using my pair for years, now I don't do CrossFit style workouts anymore so they get a lot less use than they used to but I did a double murph with them with zero issues and another murph a year later with regular use, well probably averaging 215-225 in weight and never had an issue personally

Look here bub, you can Never become a Swordsman by just workouts along,and that page your going to, and think you can, then your just a flat out DumbAss. It takes 10+years, ot longer to just learn to basics,and a Korean teacher, could never know anything about the Japanese style Swordsmanship way.

Buyer beware! I purchased the whole plate set. When they didn’t ship, I attempted to contact them several times but they were unresponsive. I had to file a complaint through PayPal to have my funds reversed. Took about a month. I think they’re no longer in business. Not sure why they’re still processing orders. Horrible experience. Ended up going with Wolf Tactical curved plates after winning my case and getting my refund.

Try this, get yourself some insulation duct tape. It's the tape that looks like foil, you'll only need about 1/2" × 1/2" or less. Tape on male side thread, work the tape into the threads. You probably don't have to go around the entire threads. Screw back together, but do not over tight once contact is made, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 more. I've used this on other applications and it's worked so far. But I cannot guarantee. 😊 Edit: P.S. This tape should be pretty easy to remove with a wood toothpick or small nylon brush.

For the garage door issue just lower the crossbar, pick it up in an angle and you’ll be fine to go through a garage door

Great review. What do you think of the abmat quarter rings and how do you think they would compare to the angles 90s?

I tried those out at home gym con this year, not bad, but not as versatile as the 90s, I also think the 90s feel better in the hand

@@AverageDadReviewsFitness thanks for replying. How do the rings have lower versatility than the angles 90 grips? It looks to me that they work in the same way. Are there certain movements that the rings can’t do properly?
@AverageDadReviewsFitness
@AverageDadReviewsFitness Жыл бұрын
@@seancreighton4393 90s have a better feel in the hand to me and more variety with grip positions with the way the strap is implemented, honestly either are going to work, but have the strap in the middle let's my use them on wider things, and let's my forearm rotate in a more natural motion for things like rowing (bent over and the actual rower)
@samrmills
@samrmills Жыл бұрын
thank you. do you think you'd like wide better in a fid version too or just for flat benching? I've heard some say they like wide for flat benching only and the extra girth seems to be more noticeable with getting in the way at angles.

Will this app give you deload weeks ‘on its own’?
@Missquichante
@Missquichante Жыл бұрын
At 2:33 you are saying they have deload. But will the app tell me when is my deload week? Can I just enter my goal (building muscles on the legs) and everything will be set after a few uses (after indicating the level of difficulty for each exercises with a certain weights*rep) I’m wondering if this app helps avoid overtraining basically. I’ve heard of deload but I’ve never put it in place. Will the app create this deload week for me? And could you answer this same question but for the Fitbod app please?

I have a set of generic fractional plates and, while they don't get a TON of use, they're great for the odd times I need/want them. It's nice to be able to nickel and dime the weight on movements like weighted pullups or OHP singles. Plus, it's just handy to have them in my bag for when I need to put 5lbs on the bar, but don't wanna track down a pair of 2.5s in the gym, since I swear there are only like 3 (not 3 sets. just 3) of them in the entire place for some dumb reason. The Rogue ones look suuuuper nice!

My first thought was that looks cool but I'd never buy it. Then I saw they had modeled after Thundercats and He-man. Edit: I bought them all. At first I was very underwhelmed by the weight distribution of the katana. I was comparing it to a traditional mace. However after doing a dedicated Katana workout, I have changed my mind. Great tools!

I m 5.11 and I want to use the Y1 as my only rack for squat and presses because I want to be able to dismount it quickly to free floor space for crossfit kind of training. Does the titan pull up bar improves the head banging issue? Is it still stable for heavy squatting? I d love to get the Y2 but I m concerned about removing the crossbar quickly when I need space and mounting it back again once I m done. My ceiling is 98 inches
