The cause is the lack of black fathers in the home. And why is that? It's because as a result of generational welfare, that black fathers are no longer needed. As a result, black men have an inferiority complex and as a result of a lot of free time on your hands, get into more trouble and feel no need to hang around and be fathers with you get women pregnant.
