Any way to find a part number for the cable but for an 88 blazer? It's not the same as the 1500 pickup.

@Travis Engle If you go to rockauto.com you can look at all the part numbers for your vehicle.

Would you happen to know if GM changed anything from your model (on the antenna) to a 1999 (obs) K2500 suburban? Subscribed, excellent video.

I lost mine in the car wash now it's just a male stud left, I can't find a female connector for it or I don't know what to look for.

@Dcthetruth85 You can try getting a new antenna, but the male stud is probably broken off and too short to reach the new antenna. In that case, you will have to replace the base like we did in the video.

@@SuburbanRanch I wrote this comment before I looked at mine. Upon inspection I found the cable to be loose, almost unplugged. Pushed it back in the best I could, it’s better now. Although it’s old and wouldn’t hurt to replace it. Thank you.

It’s a 20+ year part, pretty difficult to not have things break if it’s that old and exposed to the elements most of its life.
