You are doing a great job! I once got a DCC170 as a gift from a friend and it does not switch on at all, could one of the possible reasons be old capacitors? The contacts seem to be ok, I have also replaced the belt unfortunately no reaction

Belt and gears replacement....means it is third class technology... As per my experience spare part searching in market is a very difficult job. So it is hopeless product.

Could not disagree more. 30 year old equipment….. needs maintenance. Any audio equipment. Parts? Easy we have all of them at the DCC Museum. New.
