I always say ‘people don’t need prayer as much as they need to know WHO they really are’. I also believe that knowing we are only IN the world and not OF this world is a big eye opener.

I so resonate with Dr. Heer’s message! Love how laid back he is, really listening to Alex before confidently responding. Enjoyed the humorous banter between the two. So many great practices. I know my life continues to become lighter as I remind myself, Everything is working FOR me, as Dr Heer said in different words. I Choose to believe the Universe is rigged in my favour! I still have my down times for sure but recovery is much faster from these perspectives. Even Einstein encouraged us to ask “Is the Universe friendly?” Our answer, I believe, determines the Ease, Love, Peace, Joy, Fun with which we experience life!

There is this lady named Thais Gibson who is on KZfaq she helped me understand how my childhood expriences being raised in a TOXIC household and being bullied affected me. She was so spot on with my behaviors and I learned about the subconscious mind from her. Also Dr. Mike Dow's Your Subconscious Brain can Change Your Life is a great book, it is like a mini version of what Thais Gibson teaches in her school called Personal Development School. Also Dr. Joseph Murphy's books about telepsychics and the subconscious mind are gold. Please check out these three people, their teachings are almost identical to what the NDE interviews you have teach.

I found it interesting as someone who had taken the bar class, a Craniosacral class and Energy Medicine Class, that all three of them uses many of the same reflexology points for being the into balance, and moving important healing throughout the body,, and help balance the energies of the body. I find it interesting that I only became aware of these similarities this week.

I just found this guy. Love his message! Who does this belong to? Great plan. I have 3 small children and I’m a widow. I do have a lot that’s mine but I am about to let go of all the other I don’t benefit from. ❤ I’ve also been struggling with alcohol. Nothing bad but I’ve drank everyday, small amounts of beer since my husband and father passed. I’m ready for the change. I’m ready to be a better Mama to my babies and find my passion career ❤

Give me a child until he is seven and I will show you the man is attributed to Saint Augustus Loyola and Aristotle but is now also attributed to Jesuits and the Catholic Church. It basically means that you can program a child in the first seven years of its life because it learns by hypnosis and copying. A bit like “Rich dad poor dad” nowadays, can’t remember who wrote the book and it is so true and can be really bad or really good for the child. In my case my parents destroyed my mind with child sexual abuse but also gave me the skills to survive!. Namaste 💜🙏💜

When I was young my family didn't buy paper towels to lay dry to use again, we used real rags and towels and we tore up old tshirts for cleaning towels 😂 But my children's father's side used to buy plastic cups and then wash and dry them.. I never understood cause why not just use the ones in the cabinet if you're going to wash them anyways.. 🤣 Oh the poor lifestyle stories I could tell 🤦‍♀️

Yes, the saying is a well knownl tenant of the Jesuits...they taught the young men in my co-instutional Catholic High School... way way back! The thing is sometimes you feel way lighter after having them run n then repeat questions n clearing then it is what you do literally every 10seconds sooooo things have changed my money situation is 4eflective still of my mother's n grandma's so really have to be so vulnerable drop expectations n just start talking these outloud? Thanks for the likes, but no one has given me the name of the App. I'm iNet savy. So I searched the Dr's name and I cannot find the App. The "Negative Chatter" comment rings so true. I've often thought I'm having a "Life Review" whilst I'm still alive. Out of no where comes these thoughts of where we failed, or hurt others. Were we sensitive to their feelings? I don't have an answer. I'm just expressing what is going on in my 72-year-old brain. Things that sometimes keep me awake.
