Look, I'm an independent. All the Democrats in my life think I'm a Republican and all the Republicans in my life think I'm a Democrat. Why? Because I really try to undo the dehumanization that both parties often have for one another. I try to be sensible and calm. When Trump was first elected, I was upset and shocked; BUT I decided to keep a vigilant, yet positive, attitude. In simple words: I tried to keep an open mind. I don't hate Trump. Just from observing him, it seems highly likely that he is mentally unwell. Just as I can't hate a schizophrenic person from hearing voices, I can't hate Trump for lacking insight. With that said, I personally think that he is a grave danger to the American people and the rest of the world. I don't want him shamed, I don't want him hated, but I *do* want him out. Pence would certainly not be my first choice for president, but *at least* we'd have some form of competency (especially when dealing with other countries.) Can we please, *PLEASE* put our differences aside and at least acknowledge that there is a problem? United we Stand, Divided we Fall. I'm not ready to fall.

There's nothing wrong with paying higher tax rates if there's good social services and pork barrel spending is reduced.
