I am in love with that sweet little baby with the paralyzed back legs. My Mom is quadriplegic, so we all know how to care for special needs animals, and have a very special place in our hearts for them. 😘🙏🏼🐈

His name is Thor, he has a hammer and a Seeing-Eye-Cat Nyla. She's the beauty with only one eye. She walks around quietly trilling when they're apart to let Thor know where she is.

For anyone wondering, the cats here are getting scheduled meals mainly because of the presence of three cats that are under weight-watch routines - Ilya the partially paralyzed kitten in particular. They previously had food-bowls in their room - but that changed when the three cats had their weights watched. Hence the anxious enthusiasm come meal-time.

Ivan looks and acts exactly like my late cat "Bossman". Sad...so attached to Boss who died at 17. Maybe Ivan is his little spirit. :) Wished I lived close by and was in better health--I'd grab him up (and another). Makes me so happy to see this little kitty...many wonderful memories.

Too too funny!! Ivan has the longest meow when it comes to food. Poor sweet Thor was even rising to the occasion and then Ivan had to taste 3-different dishes of food yet, they are all the same. His name is Ilya. His back legs are usually paralysed as he has a missing vertebra. He isn't in any pain. He sometimes uses his back legs, however, and gets therapy to help gain more regular use.
