As far as escort missions go, I thought OG was fine unless they changed things for the steam port. You could hide her in some parts, they had her following really close, ducking when you aimed near her, she drives that truck that time. The one part that bothered me was when she runs straight into that one trap for plot convenience but everybody made it sound like she'd fully ruin the game. I think they just weren't using the right strategies

@@MichaelDoesLife An opinion is an opinion. But I can't even wrap my head around the idea that they threw this game out with no care. This game has a lot of attention to detail and quality of life changes. They took a lot of the designs and seem to have put a lot of detail into the enemies. Sure, I can agree they messed up a bit with adding more scare elements and with less action, leading to character personalities being tinkered with. This game is well put together and basically improves on all of the early game environment (I will say the later game falls a bit on the ok side). If removing one boss is what makes the reason this game is a soulless demake, then fine, but I seriously dont think it added much to the plot in the first place. tldr, if you dont like this game, then thats fine. The original will always be there. But saying this is a soulless demake is just not right.
