Honestly, I am dying for Capcom to re release the classic titles in one compilation on all platforms with updated textures. The modding will be crazy and I feel it will be more accessable instead of having to download source next and all these patches. Still worth it. These mods are amazing but they're all always missing a key element that makes RE gameplay what it is: the door-opening sequences. That brief "calm-before-the-storm" where everything goes quiet except for the creaking of the door hinges is like 80% of the game's suspense/horror element.
