Guys, I think the 'mould' you scaped off of his forehead was actually just salt crystals from the dehydration efforts! Mould isn't crunchy. So yay, Bean seems okay! Very fancy display you made him!

@@Roeseii they used salt to aid in dehydration. He definitely got a lot of that salt in his remaining fibers.

I think if you freeze dried the pumpkin before coating it in resin you would have different results
