… or for those, like me, who don’t like free weights. Besides, they are so limited, compared to bands.

@@thomassavary5764 I just can't. I have chronic shoulder joint issues from my military days. Bands don't aggrevate it but weights do.

@@Styxswimmer I understand. I have weakened shoulders myself (too many full-ranged dips and pull-ups). I used to train with weights, then with bodyweight, now with bands. But I don’t see them as some kind of last resort. I love bands and I have never felt so motivated. My back and shoulders especially had never made such progress before.

Love these two minute short and to the point videos! I play them on loop throughout the sets for continued feedback - almost like having a live coach.

I love brachialis curls, anchor bottom of door, use make-shift PVC bar (something rigid but light) & with arms in front & a pronated grip drag the bar and flex the wrist up until it's by the shoulder. You will really feel the flames. I love behind the back curls for the long head too. Bands are awesome. 🏠🏋️‍♂️🐀 Unite.

How to do leg press with only bands? I know we already seen ur man doing with machine but doing it only with band would be interesting!
