This is my Homemade Chicken Chop with Black Pepper Sauce, French fries, Coleslaw and Garlic Bread.
You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingredient and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results.
For Chicken Marination:
3 pcs Chicken legs (deboned)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
Black Pepper Sauce:
40g of unsalted butter
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
500ml of water
1 tbsp of salted soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp of chicken stock (concentrared)
1 tbsp of crushed black pepper
Coleslaw:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
3 tbsp thousand island dressing
1 tbsp yogurt
Garlic bread:
60g of unsalted butter
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
4-6 pcs bun
French fries
Oil for frying
