Really delightful food. I added small quantities of soya sauce, Worcester sauce and vinegar which I think had enhanced the taste.

I tried this, but couldn't make the gravy to thicken even after using corn flour. I don't know what went wrong.

I guess your conflour slurry was too thin. I am sure u will succeed with a thicker slurry.

What is chicken stock? How is it made?

Take bone part of chicken, then add water, salt in a preesure cooker. Wait for 8-10 whistles on medium heat. Strain the water. Chicken stock is ready for use.

This is called thupa.

Firstly, it is not thupa. It is Thupka. Thupka is a Tiberian noodle soup- the recipe for which is provided in this channel separately. Gravy chowmein has a much thicker consistency and tastes quite different
